Exchange and Refund
Exchange Policy
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original packaging, tags, blouse piece, and accessories intact.
- Items showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, alterations, or damage will not qualify for exchange.
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, the price difference must be paid in advance.
- If exchanging for a lower-value product, the balance amount will be issued as store credit only.
- Exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our quality verification standards.
Return Policy
We follow a strict no-refund policy once an order is confirmed and processed.
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage, subject to the following conditions:
- The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- A continuous, unedited unboxing video (from sealed package opening to full product display) is mandatory.
Handloom Disclaimer
Most of our sarees are handcrafted handloom products. Slight variations in weave, texture, color, or minor irregularities are inherent to the handmade process. These natural imperfections enhance the uniqueness and charm of each piece and cannot be considered defects or damage.
